Please take care to package your equipment so that it is safe and well-protected during transit. We will make sure your sharpened equipment is returned in safe and secure packaging.
Our clients pay all postage costs. You can either provide return-paid packaging or we can add return postage costs to your invoice.
Standard turn-around time is one week from when we receive your tools-of-trade. We will notify you when your equipment is back in the mail. Depending on work-loads this may be less than one week, but a week is our standard , so it is best for all to try and allow for your sharpening down-time. In the event that urgent work is required we can usually cater for client needs, however a $30 surcharge applies.
